Free community transport will now be available from 1st April 2023 to enable people who struggle financially to get to their GP appointments.

HT Group is a non-emergency transport service is for patients who, due to their medical condition, have no other means of getting to their healthcare appointment.
It should not be used as an alternative to public transport or to avoid having to drive your own car.
